- Itemized bid. Every line item spelled out, so there are no lump-sum surprises.
- Plans & permits. Electrical and structural layouts, city plans, and permits handled for you.
- Start date. We lock in your start date so you know exactly when work begins.
- The build. Framing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, then the city four-way inspection. Drywall, paint, flooring, and trim follow.
- Final walkthrough. We walk through every detail with you and wrap up with your certificate of occupancy.
